SBM can provide interested parties with an overview presentation on our services and their value-added via the SBM website. If there is further interest in pursuing these services, a follow-up discussion to work out the details will be arranged.
SBM services are provided under contract to a client for a period of 12 months. Each contract1 includes services for up to eight [8] SBM users including, but not limited to, the following:
· Weekly updates on the Natural Gas and/or Crude Oil marketplaces delivered to the Desktop;
· Monthly Executive Summary reports for Natural Gas, Conventional Crude Oil, and Heavy Oil or any combination of these commodities depending upon the client’s license agreement;
· 24/7 access to our client-use only website;
· Introductory SBM training module [approximately 2 hours]2
· One-on-one client meetings2
1. Clients may purchase multiple service agreements
2. These services are typically delivered electronically or via our website. Arrangements for their delivery in person are outlined in each service agreement.
